Aunt Eva Say's Inspiration
Grandmom was 15 years old when she moved from Virginia to Philadelphia to live with her mother’s brother, Uncle Tommy, and his wife, Aunt Eva. Grandmom adored because she was everything Grandmom wanted to be: confident, opinionated, charismatic and smart and so we named this cake “Aunt Eva Says” because Grandmom faithfully did everything “Aunt Eva said.”
